Terms of service
Last updated
These terms are an agreement between you and QuickAppsAI ("we", "us"), which operates Uin1 (Condo Management AI) at uin1.com and app.uin1.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use it for an association, you confirm you may bind that association.
1. The service
Uin1 helps condominium boards and syndicates of co-owners manage units, members, ownership shares and records. Some features are in development and are described as such on our website. Features can change, and we may add, modify or remove them.
2. Early access
The service is in early access. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, may contain errors, and may be interrupted. Keep your own copies of records you cannot afford to lose.
3. Accounts
- Accounts are created by invitation. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Board members decide who joins their association and what roles they hold.
4. Association data
The association owns the records it enters. It grants us the right to host and process them only to provide the service. Board members are responsible for having the right to enter personal information about members and owners, and for using it lawfully. See our privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- upload malicious code, or probe, scan or attack the service;
- access records of associations you do not belong to;
- use the service to harass people or send unsolicited bulk messages;
- reverse engineer the service or resell it without our written permission.
We may suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
6. The AI agent
The agent proposes actions, drafts and answers. It can make mistakes. Nothing it produces is legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice, and it does not replace your declaration of co-ownership, bylaws or applicable law. An authorised board member must review and approve a proposal before it takes effect, and that person remains responsible for the decision.
7. Fees
Early access is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without agreeing to a price.
8. Intellectual property
We own the service, including its software, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@uin1.com. We may end or suspend the service or your access, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by nature should survive, such as liability and governing law, continue after termination.
10. Disclaimer and limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and CA$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our intentional or gross fault, or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring a claim where you live.
12. Language
The parties have expressly required that this agreement and related documents be drawn up in English. Les parties ont expressément exigé que la présente convention et les documents connexes soient rédigés en anglais.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it applies, and continued use after that means you accept it.
14. Contact
QuickAppsAI, Quebec, Canada, support@uin1.com, or the contact form.
